Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping is available for a small additional fee. Can I return or exchange?
Ordered the wrong size, colour or item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange; items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached, and we must receive and inspect them before sending a replacement, with exchange postage paid by you. We don’t offer change-of-mind refunds, but your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied products remain protected—please see our Exchange and Returns Policy for full details.
